Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a holistic practice that activates the body's subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body's inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated. Our Certified Master/Teacher Reiki Practitioner in Pembroke Pines can provide this service as a supplement to counseling or on it's own.
Sound Therapy
In addition to reiki, sound bowl healing has been researched and found to reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
Sound Bowl energy healing is a massage at the cellular level that can take us into the Theta range of brainwaves, which is similar to light sleep or a deep meditative state. As outlined in 'ThetaHealing: Introducing an Extraordinary Energy Healing Modality' By Vianna Stibal, scientists have discovered that certain brain frequencies, specifically the Alpha, Theta, and Theta-Gamma states, have been found to have several benefits.
