Ever since I can remember, I have had innate compassion and empathy for others. Since high school, I have been fascinated by the human experience and the many facets of mental health. Motivated by passion for helping others through their mental health struggles, as well as desire to understand my own experience, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in psychology from UCF in 2014.
After college, I took some time off from school to gain real life experience in the mental health field. During this time, I was employed as a mental health targeted case manager. As a case manager, I worked diligently to assist the severely mentally ill population in locating community resources, medication management, and advocating for their mental health needs. I volunteered as a guardian advocate for patients who are hospitalized for mental health reasons, which involves advocating for their treatment needs.
In 2017, I decided to continue my journey and enrolled in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program at Rollins College. During my final year as a student, I completed my internship at a residential mental health treatment facility, where I gained experience in working with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience in teaching dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills in both a group and individual setting. I also enjoy teaching clients to increase their feelings of self-worth and confidence.
I graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in 2021. I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and am working under the supervision of Taylor Rosand, LMHC to gain licensure hours. My future goals include becoming well-versed in working with trauma by obtaining an EMDR certification and to become DBT certified to help individuals living with personality disorders and suffering from the effects of trauma.

I have always been passionate about working with children, teens, and adolescents. I am a firm believer in the importance of providing a safe space for self-expression and personal growth. I also enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and their families to increase mindfulness, help with the struggles of anxiety, and the inevitable life transitions that occur along the way.
I earned my Masters degree in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University. I have spent the majority of my time working in schools, homes, and agencies. During the last two years as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, I have grown immensely and continue to learn and teach others through my practice.
I enjoy spending time with my family, self-care and working out. I’m a firm believer in living my best life and strive to instill this mantra on those who surround me.
Healing is Magic. To me there is nothing more empowering than taking the journey back home. Taking the journey of exploring the self and meeting the parts of us that may have been left unseen. The parts of us that have now manifested into feelings or behaviors that block us from our power, from our agency, from our growth. I believe that
Healing is Magic. To me there is nothing more empowering than taking the journey back home. Taking the journey of exploring the self and meeting the parts of us that may have been left unseen. The parts of us that have now manifested into feelings or behaviors that block us from our power, from our agency, from our growth. I believe that we are all self-healers, that we are all capable of exploring the complexity of ourselves and becoming our own medicine through love and compassion. However, a key component of navigating through this journey is safety. One must feel safe and held in order to completely crack open and explore the vulnerability and rawness of our being. This safe space, in my opinion, is where the power and magic of therapy reside.
A safe space serves as a catalyst for healing. And that is my gift to all of my clients, I would like to be your catalyst for healing. I would like to hold a space for you that is free of judgement & expectations… And instead feels safe enough for you to take up YOUR space and heal. We do this by coming back to the body and the mind together. By integrating tools and practices that allow them to heal as one through a trauma informed holistic approach. As a therapist and coach I have worked with both children and adults in group and individual settings. I have experience with Trauma and am facilitator of TIR therapy, Trauma Incident Reduction. My love for trauma flows deep. I believe that framing our pain and stories as our gift in becoming our truest self is alchemy at its finest.
This is scary, this is big, this is a call and an invitation for you to live life in a way that FEELS GOOD. In a state where anxiety, fear, shame, and not feeling good enough no longer control the wheel. And instead harmony, flow, ease, and joy lead the way.
